  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Only products purchased directly from IQOS TEREA SHOP are eligible for returns. For items purchased from third-party vendors, please contact them directly for return assistance.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened e-liquidsdisposable vapes, and coils (unless defective).
  • Gift cardssale items, and clearance items are non-returnable.

3. Return Process

  • Contact Us: To begin the return process, please reach out to our customer support team at shop@iqostereashop.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: Once we review your return request, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) along with detailed instructions on where to send the return.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that we receive your return safely.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping fees, provided you submit clear evidence of the defect (such as photographs).

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
